English mustard
I'm a great fan of English mustard, but note that some brands seem to have downscaled their heat and added vinegar in recent years. I've tried making it using Coleman's powder, but this often produces a slightly bitter taste.

Can anyone recommend a really good - and, most importantly, a really hot - brand of English mustard?

Coffee...

Dip your middle finger into a jar of your favourite brand of mustard then shove it up your arse.

Re: English mustard
English mustard is the one true mustard. Fuck the rest.

Know what you mean about the downgrading of heat though. The nose blast from a slight overdose of Colemans now seems a rarity.

Does get weaker if it's not fresh too.

Re: English mustard
I like me mustard but don't just restrict myself to English mustard. Had some good strong stuff from Germany before. Bought a jar of Waitrose recently, which is ok. Don't bother with Colemans anymore.
